Total Refractory Solutions Ltd provides independent, owner-side refractory inspection and QA/QC across the UK and internationally. We work with refineries, petrochemical plants, energy-from-waste facilities, steelworks, cement kilns and glass furnaces, and we are equally comfortable mobilising for a single vessel survey or covering a full turnaround on day and night shifts.

Enquiries are answered within one working day. For live outages and emergency callouts please telephone rather than email, as we can usually confirm inspector availability the same day.

So that we can respond with something useful rather than a generic quotation, please tell us the site and unit involved, the lining type and refractory system, the scope you have in mind, your outage or installation dates, and any client specification or standard that applies, such as API 936 or API RP 982. Drawings, previous inspection reports and photographs are always welcome.

We are based at 3 Quarry Bank, Liverpool, and cover the whole of the UK, with regular work in the North West, Teesside, South Wales and the Humber. Overseas mobilisation can be arranged on request. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.
